Propose a Model to Design and Implement Key Operational Indicators Relate to Performance Evaluation in Industrial Group
Abstract
The performance evaluation play significant role in organization and the importance of their role has been proven. Complexity of decision making Strategic will make strategic management as imperative affair. The operational indicators are fiscal and non fiscal criteria applied to decide goals and reflect strategic performance. These criteria are used to assist the current situation of organization and to determine suitable solution to business predicament. The goal of this study is to propose an appropriate methodology for designing and implementing key operational indicators related to operational evaluation of industrial groups. In order to achieve this goal the results obtained through hierarchical analyzing techniques are determined via recognizing the perspective and organization strategies and then strategic goal and critical success factors are specified and after that execution programs and indicators are defined.
