Evaluation of Security Factors Effecting on Web Based Service Adoption

Abstract

The immense growth of Information and Communication Technology in past few years has seen the emergence of movement from Traditional Service to Web-based Service. One of the main obstacles in front of this movement is the security concern of users which will results in rejection of Web-base service usage. This research is going to evaluate the security factors effecting on adoption of Web-based services. In this regard,the security dimensions related to electronic services are extracted then Exploratory Factor Analysis is employed to propose the conceptual model.
