Evaluation of Electronic Services’ Usage in Malaysia

Abstract

Nowadays, the increasing use of modern information and communication technologies is one of the characteristics of today’s society. E-services as computer applications are being developed to provide efficient access to services, electronically. The increasing use of e-services has raised the need to understand e-service applications and their usage in different areas. Therefore, the research purpose of the present article is to discuss the e-service applications and furthermore, to evaluate the usage of those applications in Malaysia context. This study establishes more understanding and research basis for future empirical researchers by differentials of e-service usage classification.
